In what could be called the ultimate tribute to a generational icon, Madame Tussauds has unveiled 13 brand new Taylor Swift wax figures in a historic simultaneous launch spanning four continents – the most ambitious project in the attraction’s 250-year history.
The figures, strategically placed in 13 cities worldwide, offer fans the chance to step into iconic moments from Taylor Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour, which recently concluded after selling out 149 dates across five continents.
More than 40 highly skilled Madame Tussauds artists dedicated 14 months to bringing this extraordinary project to life, with each figure showcasing a unique fan-favourite look from the tour that dominated headlines and broke attendance records worldwide.
“Taylor Swift is a generational icon and a cultural powerhouse,” said Laura Sheard, Global Brand Director at Madame Tussauds. “Her influence spans music, fashion, film, activism and even the economy. The phenomenal success of her record-smashing tour is the perfect moment for Madame Tussauds to immortalise with 13 figures – Taylor’s lucky number.”

The Madame Tussauds Hong Kong figure celebrates the beloved folklore era, featuring dramatic split sleeves and intricate leaf detailing. The figure is dressed in a flowing green Alberta Ferretti dress, specially created for this project, complete with green lace-up boots and a bespoke microphone crafted by Rebel Stage Gear UK – the same company behind Taylor’s original tour microphones.
The project represents unprecedented collaboration with luxury fashion houses including Roberto Cavalli, Vivienne Westwood, Versace, Christian Louboutin, Alberta Ferretti and Etro – recreating some of the tour’s most memorable costume moments.
“This is the most ambitious project in Madame Tussauds’ 250-year history, which only feels right to reflect the stratospheric status of Taylor Swift,” explained Danielle Cullen, Madame Tussauds’ Senior Figure Stylist.
The new figures will appear in attractions across Amsterdam, Berlin, Blackpool, Budapest, Hollywood, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, London, Nashville, New York, Orlando and Sydney, with a touring figure beginning its residency in Shanghai.
Fans can visit the Hong Kong figure from 24 July, with other locations following suit as part of this unprecedented global celebration.
This launch surpasses Madame Tussauds’ previous major projects, including seven Harry Styles figures in 2023 and eight Lady Gaga figures in 2011, cementing Taylor Swift’s status as one of the most influential artists of the 21st century.
The simultaneous unveiling reflects not just the artist’s global reach, but also the cultural phenomenon that was the Eras Tour – a once-in-a-generation spectacle that redefined what a concert tour could achieve.
