BLOEMFONTEIN – In the ongoing court case that involves former premier of the Free State and former secretary general of the ANC Ace Magashule, the matter will continue on Tuesday, 3 March.
This comes after Nthimotse Mokhesi, expelled head of the Free State Department of Human Settlement, indicated that he was going to apply for Legal Aid representation.
During a appearance on Monday 2 March, the court heard that this application for legal representation on an ad judicare basis, had been declined.
