The u.16A and first netball team, as well as the u.16A and first rugby team left their mark at this prestigious event. The u.16A netball team won the tournament in their age division, while the first netball team ended se-cond. The first rugby team was named the Team of the Tournament with their stellar performances.
Furthermore, 12 of the netball players and 11 of the rugby players were chosen to represent the SCST team that will travel to New Zealand later this year. The players are Esther Hendricks, Elandri Venter, Karmen Jonck, Esti Steenkamp, Kaylan Zeelie, Bonique Solaan, Janka Potgieter, Sadie Davids, Angela Wait, Anika Louw, Michell Strydom, Soni Kato, Armand Kemp, Devon Harvey, Hendri du Toit, Werner Louw, Delron Dicken, Jayron Draghoender, Lawton Dorfling, Sibu Khuzwayo, Deon-Reynier van der Watt, Jan-Daniel Cilliers and Claude Vorster.
