HUMANSDORP – At 34, a Humansdorp pharmacist, Paché Oranje, is proving it is never too late to pursue a dream.

With a BPharm degree and a postgraduate diploma in public health, Paché has built her career in healthcare and works as a pharmacist at Humansdorp Hospital. Now she is stepping into a very different arena as the Senior Face of Ace winner for Ace Models International 2026, representing Ace Kouga and the Eastern Cape. She is also a finalist for Mr & Miss Ace Models International 2026.

Paché’s journey began at franchise level, where contestants competed through Ace Models franchises across the country for the opportunity to progress to the national competition. She was among those selected to continue to the national stage and recently took part in the inaugural National Finalist Workshop.

In the months leading up to the Grand Finale on 9 December, Paché will also be involved in sponsorship activities and community initiatives within the region. For her, the experience is about more than competing for a title. She hopes her journey will encourage other women to pursue the dreams they may have put aside.

“As women, we tend to bury our dreams because we think it’s too late or it will never happen for us. We may not always know our destination, but we should never run away from the beginning of our journey. I want to encourage all women to step out in faith and run towards opportunities that come across their paths. If you have buried a dream, be courageous and revive it again.”

As she prepares for the national finale, Paché will continue balancing her professional career with the responsibilities and opportunities that come with representing Kouga and the Eastern Cape on a national platform.
