Sport is going from strength to strength at Curro Hermanus. The learners excel in all areas and, according to the school, they are proud of each and every one who practises week after week and represents the school in the various sporting events.
On Friday 15 August, Curro Hermanus’ u-19 football girls team played against Generations. The game ended in a draw. Its hockey teams played against Robertson High School, drawing in three games and losing one.
The chess team team won by 3-0. The rugby and netball teams played against Bonnievale High School. Both Curro first teams won their matches. “Our u-16 and u-19 football boys’ teams played against Curro Somerset West, while our u-16s lost by one goal and our first team won their match. Curro Hermanus won the interschools and we have brought the cup home. Thanks to all players, coaches, teachers and our parents for making this Interschools one to remember.”
