GQEBERHA – SAPS Kabega Park detectives are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying an unknown female whose body was discovered in Greenbushes earlier this month.
It is alleged that on Friday, 3 April at approximately 14:00, police responded to a complaint in Dustpan Road, Greenbushes, where a body was found in the bushes.
The deceased, described as an unknown female, was discovered in a state of decomposition and her identity remains unknown at this stage.
A case of murder is under investigation. The circumstances surrounding the incident are still being probed, and no arrests have been made.
Police are urging anyone who may have information that could assist in identifying the deceased or locating her next of kin to come forward.
