Zara Williams gymnastics — Ida’s Valley gymnast Zara Williams (8) has won three gold medals this year. In May she won gold at her club competition, while she again claimed gold at the Winelands District Competition, taking part in vault, floor, uneven bars,and beam. The Van Der Stel Gymnastics Club gymnast continued her gold streak at the Western Province Championships in Saldanha Bay in June. The little dynamite is working toward her dream of one day making it to the Olympics.
