Papegaaiberg Running Group — This group of runners from Kayamandi are making the most of the natural haven that is the Papegaaiberg Nature Reserve, exploring the trails every Saturday morning. The Papegaaiberg Running Group invites interested people to join them for a walk, jog or fast-paced run through the reserve every Saturday morning from 07:45.
