A youth-orientated workshop programme on self-esteem, self-respect and sex education for teenagers will be hosted at the Southern Strand Library in February and March.
It will be run by MotivatingMinds and will offer youths the chance to realise their potential through workshop education.
The sessions will take place on Fridays 10 and 24 February from 15:00 to 17:00, and Fridays 10 and 24 March, in the same time slot.
The objective of the workshops is to educate and empower youths and gain self-worth and esteem. It’s designed to be interactive and fun, while also providing a safe space to speak to youths openly, ask questions and give/receive guidance.
The sessions will be run by Lunelle van Niekerk, a life coach, teacher and counsellor. Phone Lunelle on 073 791 3248 to confirm your attendance.
