Somerset West: The Friends of the Helderberg Nature Reserve offers interpretive walks for which a small fee is charged. The walks are conducted by experienced and knowledgeable guides Andreas Groenewald (day/night walks) and Charles Britz (bird walks). An interpretive night walk takes place today. Participants are expected to meet-up at the Visitor Centre at 20:00 and requested to bring along torches, warm coats and water.

Somerset West: A wellness for teenage girls will be hosted by Grit, Grow and Glow, which was established by a team of professional enthusiasts passionate about the development and empowerment of young women between the ages of 13 and 18, at Life Retreat Studio, Lourensford Estate from 10:30 to 15:30. The half-day workshop is aimed at the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental wellness through topics to education and empower. There will be four speakers covering five pertinent topics impacting the lives of teenage girls today. It will be fun and interactive!
