Music lovers will be treated to a proverbial feast at Jackson Hall, GrandWest this festive season.
Faze4, an established band known for its broad repertoire, will be on stage spreading their energy every Thursday night at 21:00 in December and January. The band’s repertoire includes a diverse mix of music genres, including traditional jazz, Cape jazz, R&B, pop, kwaito, reggae, mbathanga and popular dance music.
Jazz music fans can also enjoy uplifting jazzy evenings with local artist Candice Thornton at 21:00 on Friday nights during December and January.
She will perform an array of cover songs and original material.
Already a seasoned veteran on the stage, Thornton has performed at music festivals such as the Artscape Youth Jazz Festival as well as the Cape Town International Jazz Festival.
On Saturday nights, Supernova, a versatile five-piece band, will take to the stage to treat guests to an energetic selection of evergreens from the past and present.
There is no cost to enjoying live entertainment at Jackson Hall over this season of joy.
