UNIQ Clothing by Checkers has opened a new store at Somerset Mall, adding to its existing store at Waterstone Village and giving local shoppers further access to its range of quality basics and timeless fashion.

Together, the two boutique-format stores offer shoppers different ways to shop the brand’s timeless designs and premium basics.

Since its 2023 launch, the standalone apparel brand has grown rapidly to establish a presence across eight provinces, including more than 14 stores in the Western Cape. Designed for the whole family, UNIQ Clothing has become known for simplicity, comfort, superior fabrics and value.

Shoppers at Somerset Mall can enjoy a welcoming, spacious store environment with knowledgeable staff and quick self-service checkout, reflecting the brand’s commitment to making every visit simple, convenient and enjoyable. The store is managed by Kendra Andrews, a seasoned retail manager from Vredenburg who brings valuable first-hand experience, having been part of the brand’s journey from the beginning.
