Somerset West Private School (SWPS) obtained a 100% pass rate in the National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations for the 23rd consecutive year.

The school boasts four learners who obtained A aggregates as well as an average of 1,5 distinctions per learner and an 84% bachelor’s pass rate. The top four matric learners are Kayla Coetzer, Channing Bellamy, Jacob van der Westhuizen and Harry van der Westhuzien.

The mathematics class of 2020, which comprised 30 learners, achieved an average of 75% with 14 distictions. The SWPS matric class of 2020 attained 41 subject distinctions and 41 subject B symbols.
