Youth of Asanda Village, Nomzamo and Rusthof participated in a three-day leadership development workshop hosted by Ward 85 councillor Chantal Cerfontein. She said 40 young people from those areas converged on Van Riebeeck Hall in Kuils River, Cape Town, to receive the leadership training, and more are expected to attend the workshops in the near future. They focus on theories of leadership, defining leadership styles and leadership as a process, among others.
