SCHOOLS: Mondeor Eco has new principal

Mondeor Eco High School is thrilled to announce the appointment of its new principal, Dr Henk Punt. “With his extensive experience and expertise, we are confident that he will make a significant contribution to the growth and success of our school,” reads a statement. Punt has served as principal of numerous high schools, including Oude Molen Technical and Groote Schuur High School. He also worked with the Western Cape Education Department for several years as a circuit manager, providing support to headmasters in the management of government high schools. In 2020 he transitioned to being an educational consultant, providing invaluable guidance to schools and conducting workshops to enhance the professional development of teachers. “We are thrilled to welcome him to our school community and look forward to working with him to advance our educational objectives,” the statement said. “Please join us in wishing Dr Punt all the best in his new role at Mondeor Eco school.”
