Somerset West police have opened an inquest docket following a fatal incident in Andries Pretorius Street on Wednesday (7 May). According to a police spokesperson, officers were called to the scene by officers of a security company at 12:47. "An unknown woman had collapsed near the main entrance of a primary school."
