It was a day of celebration, dance and absolute giveaway specials on Saturday (24 June) when Fish4Africa Strand celebrated its 20th birthday.
Situated at 15 Gerber Boulevard, Gants Plaza, a constant stream of customers flowed through its doors as soon as business began at 09:00. They came with congratulatory messages before swooping up the specials on the day, which included the chance to win spot prizes and meet Cape Town influencer Nawal Jaftha.
Jaftha, full of life and joy, did her best to create a carnival atmosphere and share her Fish4Africa experience on live social feeds.
Co-owners of Fish4Africa Strand, Dane Charlesworth and Ricardo Moniz, said they were overwhelmed by the continuous support the business has received for the past 20 years, and it was a privilege to have earned a reputation as the freshest suppliers of fish.
“We’re a family business and an integral part of this community,” a statement from them said. “We always listen to our customers and value their feedback, as our focus is on customer satisfaction. We’re always eager to help and give back to the community, and we are extremely grateful to every single customer who has supported us and continues to do so. Thank you.”
