Officially part of the Vitality Netball World Cup action

Parel Vallei High School’s first team netball coach, Charlotte Schoeman, has been selected as one of the technical officials at the Vitality Netball World Cup, which takes place in the Mother City from Friday 28 July to Sunday 6 August. World Netball (WN) recently announced the list of 12 International Technical Officials (ITO) and National Officials (NTO) who will be in action during the anticipated event, to be held at the International Convention Centre. Schoeman is not only the Somerset West school’s first team netball coach, but also a SA graded netball umpire who will now be part of history in the making, as this year’s instalment is the first to be held in Africa and marks the tournament’s 60th anniversary. The school community wishes Schoeman all the best for this unbelievable opportunity, assuring “your Blue Thread family backs you all the way.”
