Captain Zimasa Mabela hosted a meet-and-greet honouring Captain Moses Tabo with Helderberg organisations at Krystal Beach Hotel last Friday (24 July).
Tabo has taken command of the South African Naval College in Gordon’s Bay.
The naval college’s annual Carols by Candlelight event is a well-established and cherished local tradition.
