One of Middelvlei Wines’ most popular events, Burgers and Beats, is making a return on Saturday 7 December. This delightful evening will feature live entertainment from the talented musical duo James Stewart and John Ellis.
Both Stewart and Ellis achieved fame in the 90s as lead singers of their respective bands. Ellis was the lead vocalist of the internationally acclaimed band Tree63, while the multi-Emmy nominated and multi-SAMA award-winning Stewart fronted The Usual. Together, their renditions of some of their favourite songs promise to create a perfect evening under the starlit sky.
Escape the hustle and bustle for a relaxing evening that captures the essence of farm life. While wine takes centre stage those attending will enjoy a delicious home-made beef cheeseburger served with chips and a glass of Middelvlei wine all complemented by live music.
The cost per person is R360, but if you book before 15 November you’ll only pay R345 per person. Children under 12 years of age only pay R90 for a hamburger, chips and juice. Groups of 10 adults or more will qualify for a 10% discount when booking.
Middelvlei wines will also be available for purchase throughout the evening, offering a perfect chance to stock up your cellar while enjoying a night out.
Space is limited, and bookings at middelvleiwines@gmail.com or by calling 021 883 2565 is essential to avoid disappointment.
