The couple, who’ve never missed a voting day since the dawn of democracy, said that it was imperative that every adult citizen makes their mark. “It’s a win for democracy when you vote. Avril Labuschagne (67) had a breeze when she cast her special vote in Somerset West on Monday (27 May). She was in and out of the voting station within minutes.
