The Greater Macassar Civic Association is calling on all faith-based organisations (including churches and mosques), community and non-profit organisations, and sports and social clubs in Ward 109 to unite and join in the effort to establish a disaster committee.
Those interested in helping to form a disaster relief body that can assist the community in times of need are invited to meet at 33 Ray Street, Macassar on Saturday 9 March at 10:00.
