The Strand branch of the ACVV is desperately looking to locate the biological father of a four-year-old boy known as Bulungile.
The name of the father is Thembile Novuso, who was once a resident of Pholile A informal settlement in Lwandle. The biological mother of the child, Veliswa Ngqola, has died.
Anyone with information on the possible whereabouts of Novuso is asked to contact ACVV Strand social worker Lucy Retyu on 021 854 7215 or strandnom1@acvv.org.za. Alternatively, visit the welfare organisation’s office at 15 De Villiers Street in Strand.
