Martini presents Koffie, Kuier and Kyrafied with local celeb Tracey Lange and her stylist Kyra Loubser at the Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West this weekend.

Helderbergers are urged to make haste and get their tickets to the anticipated Koffie, Kuier and Kyrafied event to be hosted by beloved radio presenter and TV personality, Tracey Lange, and her stylist, Kyra Loubser, at the Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West this Saturday (15 October).

Tickets for the show, which aims to bring a little girly fun to the basin with the return of the local celebrity to her home-town, are being snapped up and sales will be closing on Friday (14 October).

Women can look forward to hear from an expert about how fun and easy makeup can be for both every day and special occasions; and to omit the daunting and intimidating nature that is often associated with makeup application. Loubser will also be sharing practical and daily makeup tips and advice for skincare.

Apart from many major stage and TV productions, Loubser has been doing what she does best as “a sought-after stylist and hair and beauty artist” alongside Lange for the past nine years.

Lange and Loubser both boast unique traits, and when combined, can only be described as “dynamic”. Now, local ladies can join for a fun-filled afternoon of entertainment, laughter and memorable moments while enjoying a light lunch, cocktails and amazing giveaways from a few of South Africa’s leading brands.

“It’s really a fun event for everyone, Tracey and Kyra are high energy people and times with them always leave people ready to take on the world!” said a spokesperson.

But the hang-out is not just about hair and makeup, audiences can look forward to special guests including a motivational speaker, performances by stars Karin Kortje and Berry Trytsman, who are both Idols winners, as well as Joshua van der Heyde, and a natural hair demonstration by Caitlin Anderson.

Asked what inspired the event, the spokesperson responded: “Tracey and Kyra have quite a following and many people complained that all events with ‘celebrities’ always happen in Cape Town, that’s why they decided to take their event to different venues and with Somerset West being Tracey’s home-town and the Lord Charles having reopened, it just made a lot of sense. Hence, a day for women to relax and walk away feeling like they were treated.”

Tracey expressed feeling especially great about hosting the event at a community gem, the Lord Charles which local residents thought was lost forever. “To be back in this place and allow everyone to enjoy its beauty again is really great!”

  • Tickets at R550 per person is available from Quicket. The event is scheduled to take place from 12:00 to 16:00. The theme is Floral and Fabulous. For more information, send an email to info@traceylange.co.za.
