To mark Mandela Day 2025, The Honeybush Collective, a small, independent primary school in Somerset West, collected donations of clothing, books and homeware for The Rabbit Hole Charity Shop in Croydon.
The Rabbit Hole is a community-driven initiative that funds job creation and ecobrick-making through the resale of donated goods.
Pictured with some of the donations are Connor Garvie (Grade 4) and Phoebe Denton (Grade 2), two of the school’s learners who proudly helped gather and pack items as part of the school’s Mandela Day effort last month.
