Helderberg International School welcomed Jenna Coyle (right), a former learner, to the school to share her passion for the oceans with learners in the foundation phase on Monday (14 June). Coyle, granddaughter of the much-loved Beth Murdoch, a volunteer at the school (with whom she is pictured here), shared her diving experiences with learners and information on how they can protect the oceans and marine life. Murdoch, a volunteer at the school, works in the school library and does extra reading lessons with the learners. Fondly known as Granny Beth to learners, she has volunteered at the school for many years, and staff and learners love having her around.
