Get ready for a high-octane spectacle as False Bay Offshore Extreme returns to the waters off Gordon’s Bay Yacht Club at Old Harbour, on Saturday 5 July.
The highly anticipated event promises a day of exhilarating inflatable boat racing, featuring both seasoned professionals and ambitious newcomers.
Organised by SA-IRA and FBIBRC, the offshore extreme will see powerful inflatable boats battle it out in a variety of classes, including Stock, Pro, and Modified.
Spectators can expect a thrilling display of speed, skill, and daring as teams navigate the challenging False Bay waters.
The day’s programme includes the popular Bikini Beach Offshore Circuit Racing, offering a dynamic and close-up view of the action.
Following this, the endurance test of the False Bay 100 Offshore Long Haul will push crews and their vessels to their limits, demanding strategic navigation and unwavering determination.
The yacht club clubhouse will be open to all crews and spectators, providing a fantastic vantage point to witness the races. Food and drinks will be readily available, ensuring a festive atmosphere for all attendees.
