Whether enjoying a leisurely get-together with friends, celebrating the remarkable women in your life, or discovering a new culinary experience from Cape Town’s vibrant culinary scene, guests can indulge in a decadent selection of petit fours. Served in either the laid-back Magnolia Social Lounge or Bistro, it is paired with your choice of coffee or tea, or an indulgent glass of Ridgeback Mischief.

Chef Stefan and his team have curated an assortment that caters for all sweet tooths, featuring delicate delights such as macaroons, baked cheesecake with cherry jelly, chocolate bonbons and “choux au craquelin” with orange chocolate mousse.

To complement the confectionary experience guests can also enjoy two special craft cocktails throughout the month; Toor Mermaid and Berry Blush.
