The Department of Social Development in Somerset West requires the public’s assistance in locating two men who are believed to have been involved in a romantic relationship with the late Ziyanda Leticia Tshantshane.
The department requests that Mr Mthelele, who allegedly courted Tshantshane in Strand in 2012, and Mr Buhle, who apparently dated Tshantsane in Strand in 2014, to make contact regarding the finalisation of the foster-care placement of the deceased’s children.
The concerned children are currently in the care of their maternal grandmother, who has stepped up as guardian since the death of their mother in December 2016. The prospective foster parent was vetted and screened as a suitable legal guardian for the children.
