The Sectional Title Association Strand (Stas) invites all interested parties to its AGM on Thursday 16 November at 18:00.
The meeting was initially scheduled to take place in the Strand North Dutch Reformed church hall, but a change in venue was called for.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the management report, propose changes to the constitution, approve audited financial statements for 2022-’23 and the proposed budget for 2023-’24 as well as the appointment of the auditor and the election of committee members.
Stas has extended an invitation to JP Smith, Mayco Member for Safety and Security, as guest speaker to deliver the keynote address. Ward 83 councillor Carl Punt will also attend and be available to answer any questions. It will now will be held at the Strand Neighbourhood Watch Hall, 3 Masonic Street, Strand.
