This tasty cake pop recipe is great for making cake pops in all shapes and sizes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 layers hot milk sponge cake (about 900 g)
  • 1 quantity butter icing
  • 300 g white or dark chocolate, melted
  • 30 wooden sticks

Method:

Place sponge cake into a food processor and make crumbs. Add icing, mix well and roll heaped tablespoons full of mixture into balls.

Insert sticks into pops and dip balls into melted chocolate to coat.

Decorate as preferred.
