Rape Crisis Helderberg needs the community’s helping hand to assist people who fell victim to crime during the festive season.
For some, the holidays are synonymous with the breakdown of family and social values, which are factors which contribute to and increase rape statistics. Therefore, Rape Crisis asks for donations of milk, sugar, tea, coffee and biscuits to offer to victims of crime on their visit to the organisation.
They also need clothing to give to survivors of rape. Unwanted goods such as furniture or household items are also most welcome.
