Two Helderberg beauties have made it to the top 30 of the coveted Miss South Africa 2022 competition. Bianca Bezuidenhout from Strand and Tamsyn Jack from Somerset West are two of five contestants from the Western Cape to advance to the next round of the pageant. The 23-year-old Bezuidenhout (top) is trying her hand at the crown for a second time after reaching the top-five in last year’s competition. She holds a BA degree in Marketing Communications from the AAA School of Advertising and is a full-time volunteer, ambassador and marketing manager of NPO Forward Foundation. The business-minded beauty is also the owner of a swimwear company called She Succeeds. The 25-year-old Jack is an entrepreneur working with some of the country’s leading start-ups and small businesses, and holds a degree in food science from Stellenbosch University. She describes herself as compassionate, brave and inquisitive, loves listening to podcasts while preparing for the day and dreams of meeting women’s rights activist and actress Emma Watson.
