Gordon’s Bay Tourism hosted its fifth beach clean-up with a triumphant turnout of 52 registered volunteers, who rolled up their sleeves for some good clean fun. “It is inspiring to see attendance and support from the local community increasing each month,” said Taryn Flee of Gordon’s Bay Tourism. She added that the business works with the City of Cape Town, the Cleansing Branch and Ward 100, applying for the correct permits required to conduct each beach clean-up.
