In support of Mental Health and Wellness, the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (Sadag) is launching two new support groups tailored to different needs.
The groups will provide a safe space for individuals living with post-traumatic stress and those coping with the challenges of skin conditions and mental wellness respectively.
Each group is focused on connection, understanding and resilience, offering members a chance to share their experiences and find support.
With these initiatives Sadag continues to expand its commitment to creating inclusive and supportive mental-health services.
The online support group for those suffering from skin conditions launches on Wednesday 15 January at 18:00 and is open to anyone battling a skin condition.
The online group for people suffering from post-traumatic stress will be launched on Saturday 18 January at 08:00.
Again, it is open to anyone battling the struggles of post-traumatic stress.
