Parel Vallei High School’s athletes tested their mettle on the track to spirit to earn points for their individual sports houses: Stella, Aberdeen and Nassau last week. Nine records were set on the day, while staff and old PV learners also participated in a race or two. Nassau were the overall winners of the athletics trophy with 2 325 points, followed by Stella in second place with 2 214 points and Aberdeen in third with 2 183 points. Aberdeen narrowly claimed the coveted spirit cup with Nassau in second place.
