These four Parel Vallei High School learners have fared tremendously well in external internationally recognised music exams and are to be congratulated for the excellent level of work achieved. They are Connor Lane (Grade 7 Unisa recorder with distinction), Christiaan Carelse (Grade 5 Unisa theory with merit), Jessica Lavies (Grade 5 Unisa theory with distinction) and Chaewon Lee (Grade 6 Royal Schools theory with distinction). Other results are as follows: Nicolaas Majewski (Trinity College Grade 6 viola with merit), Cydney Williams (Grade 5 Unisa violin), Anjolien Erasmus (Trinity College Grade 5 violin), Connor Perfett (Trinity College Grade 5 piano), Elaine Human (Unisa Grade 4 violin with merit), Cydney Williams (Unisa Grade 4 theory with distinction) and Chad Botha (Unisa Grade 3 theory with distinction). The Parel Vallei music department is very proud of all their hard-working learners and look forward to seeing and hearing of more excellent results as the year progresses.
