The Lions Christmas cakes initiative has been a major fundraising project of Lions Clubs in South Africa since 1975.

To continue with the 44-year old tradition, the much-loved Lions Club’s Christmas cakes are on sale at the Gordon’s Bay Lions Club. The traditional rich fruitcake weighs 1kg and is alcohol-free at R150 each which is competitively priced compared to other Christmas cakes available at shops.
When you buy a Lions Christmas Cake for yourself or as a gift, not only do you receive a wonderful cake, but you also contribute to a whole host of worthwhile service projects in the local community. 100% of the money raised by Lions Clubs is used to finance projects in the community.
