H’Berg schools shine at 7s competition in Northern Suburbs

The under-17 sevens rugby teams of Parel Vallei (PV, left) and Gordon (right) high schools brought home the medals after their participation in the Frogfoot 7s Rugby Tournament at Stellenberg High School on Saturday 15 October. A team from Hoërskool Strand (HS) also participated in the tournament. PV and HS advanced to the bowl final, which was eventually won 20-12 by PV. Gordon advanced to the shield final against The Settlers High School and walked away as 14-0 victors. The cup trophy was won by the host school, while Brackenfell High won the plate competition.
