The social worker at ACVV Strand is trying to locate the biological father of a 13-year-old girl. The man is said to be in the Helderberg and Kraaifontein areas.
The father’s name is Trefor Gwylm Smith, who was born on 8 March 1970. It is believed he is known to frequent both the Helderberg Basin and Kraaifontein area.
