The opening of the Art4Seasons Spring exhibition took place on 22 October and will run until the end of January 2024 at the Broadlands Manor House.

The opening of the newest exhibition of Art4Seasons has welcomed Spring-inspired artworks by 32 artists on Sunday 22 October at the Broadlands Manor House, where they will be on display until the end of January 2024.

The opening event was a busy affair at The Manor which comprised a mix of artists, friends, enthusiasts and investors, and nine pieces were sold on the opening day.

Well known artists such as Stephen Quirke, Catherine Ambrose and Louis Chanu had their work on display.

One of Stephen’s watercolours was awarded “Best Watercolour” at the 116th Annual Exhibition to be held from Tuesday 31 October – Wednesday 15 November at the Richard Crowie Hall in Kirstenbosch Gardens.

Les Cohn from Art Source South Africa attended the day as well with her creative expertise.

Exhibition organisers have announced that 10% commission on sold art pieces will go to Kids Kicking Cancer, a non-profit organization that supports children by teaching mind-body techniques with the aim to increase both the physical and mental well-being.

“Our hope is for these children to go into the world with increased confidence and resilience to face the challenges that come with the illness,” they stated.
