On Wednesday 13 November, the National Coloured Congress (NCC) donated R10 000 to Sencit Resthaven Old Age Home in Strand. The facility’s general manager, Broidy Ortell, expressed his gratitude for the welcome monetary contribution which will help counter financial challenges owing to a reduction in government subsidies.
