The adoption agency Wandisa is urging anyone with information pertaining to a newborn found abandoned in Somerset West to come forward.
According to a media statement issued for publication any information about the identity, whereabouts or circumstances of the birth parents and/or family members of a newborn female child found abandoned in Old Sir Lowry’s Pass Road on Wednesday 7 February is urgently sought.
Anyone with information on the infant estimated to have been born on the day she was found abandoned is urged to contact Renate at Wandisa on 079 063 4144.
Should no response to this notice be forthcoming, the child may be adopted through a court process.
