Five students of State of Flow Ring Contact Fighting Arts International (RCFAI) club in Gants Centre, Strand put their skills to the test and ended on the podium at the RCFAI Open World Championships in Vanderbijlpark early last month (April).

Meyer says she hopes her participation and success at the competition inspires others.
“I am proof that giving up is not an option. It’s never too late to start; age in in your mind,” she said.
