The City of Cape Town brought digital training to Nomzamo residents on Friday (20 February), teaching them to use the CCT App for requests.
The session was held at ACJ Phakade Primary School under the How To Log a C3 Service Request Community Transversal Project 2026.
The initiative targets under-served communities plagued by hygiene hazards. Residents learnt to log requests, for intervention in issues such as sewer spillage, water issues and refuse collection. Armed with these digital skills they will now be able to report problems instantly.
