How do we as human beings perceive one another while living in the same space on a daily basis?

Is it purely based on our cultures, beliefs, mannerisms or is it influenced by historical and social standards?

The media and internet platforms are screaming racial slurs and finger-pointing at anyone who get in the way of their relentless pursuit of race mongering. Do we see one another as humans first, and not the colour of a skin, or do we gallop along with the media frenzy of so called racial injustices?

What will it take for us to realise that living in the past, and constantly revisiting the wrongs done to society, is not sustainable? What happened yesterday cannot be reversed today, but the lessons learnt from its experiences must be practised today.

One fact that is glaringly obvious is that humans have no choice but to accept one another for who they are in their many different guises.
