FutureSharp has released the Mastery Study Strategy online course to help students prepare for their upcoming final exams.
Featuring six simple steps that focus on transformative learning, the 10 weekly modules accompany a student’s existing study programme and empower them to learn faster, eliminate study stress and improve their recall.
The introductory overview module is free to try at futuresharp.co. Highly practical, with easy-to-use techniques tried and tested by real students in real-life learning situations, the Mastery Study Strategy was developed by Professor Ignatius Gous, an author and researcher in the mind, brain and education sciences. Over the last 15 years he has presented his work in more than 16 countries and impacted more than 12 000 learners.
Equipped with an evidence-based framework, Gous is driven by the conviction that effective learning – transformative learning – hinges on the mastery of meaningful living, rather than quick-fix tricks and tips for acing a subject. He explains: “It is about more than just the content; it is key for a learner to answer who they are and why they are learning.
