The West Coast Youth Orchestra (WCYO) invites instrumentalists from across the West Coast community to join the orchestra and be part of something truly special.
WCYO is a vibrant, inclusive orchestra that brings together young musicians and members of the broader West Coast community to make music collaboratively. They provide opportunities to perform in a full orchestral setting, develop musical and personal skills, and grow through high-quality rehearsals, concerts, and community-focused projects.
Alongside youth development, WCYO is committed to strengthening local music-making by gradually building community-based orchestras and smaller ensembles that encourage participation, mentorship, and shared learning across generations.
