Students recently joined Unite Against Litter in St Helena Bay. Working on their community service hours needed for their Grade 12 life orientation marks, these students chose to clean the area surrounding Da Gama monument. Eighteen bags of recyclable waste were collected, making a huge difference in not only the visual appearance of the monument, but also preventing pollution going into the ocean.
