Triathlete takes top honours

On Sunday Rebecca Flack, a Grade 10 pupil at Curro Langebaan and member of Langebaan Strandlopers, took top honours in the Cape Town Unicity Triathlon (CTTA) Duathlon Championship, held at Killarney Race Track, Cape Town. She ran 5 km, cycled 20 km and ran 2,5 km. Rebecca achieved second place in the Junior Ladies and was first in her age group.
